第八道菜:自制火锅

材料:
1、喜欢的火锅底料一份
2、涮菜:牛羊肉卷
3、涮菜:蔬菜拼盘
4、涮菜:豆制品
5、涮菜:虾
6、涮菜:各类丸子
7、麻酱
8、腐乳汁
9、蒜末
10、辣椒末

步骤:
1、用麻酱、腐乳汁、蒜末、辣椒末自制蘸料

2、电磁炉或电饭煲加入火锅底料烧开

3、开涮咯:)
