第三道菜:西红柿炒鸡蛋

材料:

1、鸡蛋
2、西红柿
3、食用油
4、盐
5、大蒜
6、葱花

步骤:

1、鸡蛋打入碗中,加盐,搅拌

2、锅中放油,用葱花炝锅

3、葱花至金黄,放入鸡蛋,炒七成熟,盛出

4、油爆炒西红柿,炒至九分熟

5、倒入鸡蛋,一起炒熟

6、放入蒜末,关火,闷15秒

7、出锅
